This second food journal I am posting isnt much better than my first.. less water is the most noticable thing to me.. I have already started off on a better foot this week and plan to cut down on the 'snacks', however, I have found the food journal has helped a lot in making better food choices and reminding me when I haven't eaten etc.. which isn't uncommon for me to do! I will definitely keep using it.. Tomorrow I am going to start back on the Wii fit also and will probably modify the chart to include my BMI also.
